Start placing the retainer from the front teeth.

Start removing the retainer from the back teeth.

Reminders

  • Clean the retainer with a soft toothbrush.
  • Avoid abrasive toothpastes and do not use hot water.
  • Do not put the retainer in your pocket or on the table - it may deform or get lost.

While wearing the retainer

  • ✕Don't eat.
  • ✕Don't chew gum.
  • ✓You may drink water.
